Prime filet mignon in a cabernet demiglace with a sautéed mushroom cap

Beef Wellington                                            32.

Grilled filet mignon topped with a mushroom duxelle, wrapped in a puff pastry

and served with a brown demiglace

*Rib Eye Steak                                             34.

18oz. Rib eye steak on the bone dry rubbed with roasted garlic and peppercorns

Rack of Lamb                                                    30.

Oven roasted New Zealand Lamb, garlic rosemary reduction. .

Baby Back Ribs                                              24.

Full rack of ribs, rubbed, slow roasted and glazed with our home made

honey Jack Daniels B-B-Q sauce

~ CHICKEN ~

*Chicken Palmer                                            18.

Boneless chicken breast dipped in batter, layered with prosciutto, spinach and

fresh mozzarella,  finished with  a merlot demiglace.

 

Chicken Picata                                               17.

Sautéed boneless chicken breast finished with artichoke hearts, caper berries,

lemon butter, white wine sauce.

Portobello Chicken                                      18.

Grilled chicken breast with smoked mozzarella roasted red peppers and grilled

portobello mushrooms, in a white wine sauce.

Onion Encrusted Chicken                            16.  

Chicken breast coated with fried onions, panko bread crumbs and topped with a

 honey Dijon cream sauce

Sautéed Medallions of veal layered with  spinach, prosciutto, tomato, topped with

 fresh mozzarella, served with a brown demiglace

Breaded veal cutlet topped with arugula, sweet red onion, chopped plum tomato,

chunks of fresh mozzarella and lemon vinaigrette

Veal Parmigiana with Linguine                  21.

Sautéed tender veal, breaded and topped with marinara sauce and

 melted mozzarella cheese

Hazelnut encrusted Chilean Sea Bass drizzled with a balsamic reduction

Extra large dry sea scallops, pan seared and finished in a lemon pepper glaze

Herb seasoned filet of salmon pan seared with honey glaze
